Mayfield is one of Brentwood, TN's many great neighborhoods. It is located along Wilson Pike, just north of Smyrna Road. Mayfield is a small community of all 30 homes. The homes were built between 1995 and 1998. Mayfield does not offer any amenities. According to the Mayfield Facebook page, the homeowner's association asks for $110/year donation to the Mayfield Gardener's Association. This fee is to pay for the upkeep of the neighborhood landscaping, street lighting and irrigation system.
Mayfield is currently zoned for Williamson County Schools. It is zoned for Lipscomb Elementary, Brentwood Middle School and Brentwood High School. There are also local private schools such as, Brentwood Academy, Franklin Road Academy, St. Paul Christian Academy and more.
